Yes, payment will be due in October and February.

How do I pay rent and when is it due?

Cash, check, or money order will be accepted. Rent will be due in June and August prior to move in.

Is there laundry on site?

Yes.

What utilities am I responsible for?

Electric and internet/cable.

When is move in day?

Normally the third week in August, day will be determined each year.

Can I remain in the apartment over breaks, including summer?

Yes--remaining over breaks is not an issue, summertime will need an extended lease.

Can I have a pet?

No.
